I take your privacy very seriously and I pride myself on my discretion, confidentiality and integrity in
protecting the personal data provided to me by my clients. My privacy policy is available below int
this document, under the section “Conditions Regulating the Protection of Personal Data”.
If you understand the conditions and agree to the processing of your personal data, please provide
your informed consent by entering your full name and selecting the checkbox “GDPR” on my form.
If you do not give me your consent to the processing of your personal data, I will not be able to keep
your contact information and maintain a contact with you in the future.
Informed consent to the storing and processing of my personal data
In compliance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, the corresponding
national regulation, and the “Conditions Regulating the Protection of Personal Data”, I hereby grant
Teny my consent with processing my personal data provided to Teny as part of the documents I
share with her and during our recent contact.
I hereby confirm that I have read and fully understood the personal data protection terms and
conditions and have no objections whatsoever.
I declare that I agree to disclose my personal data to the processors of the data controller. I agree
with providing my personal data to other recipients, which are domestic or foreign legal entities, who
express their interest in my personal data due to a discussion about promoting my brand. I agree to
share my personal information with these recipients provided that I will be informed of that by Teny
in writing, electronically or personally.
I understand that my personal data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of
their processing.
I hereby acknowledge that I can withdraw my consent any time and request my personal data be
erased from the Bubenik Partners’ database and all written personal documents be shredded and/or
returned; the request for withdrawal must be made in writing. I understand that my verified
signature may be required on the application in order to prevent the misuse of my personal data by a
third party.
I am informed about the possibility of refusing to delete my personal data from the administrator’s
records if there is a contractual or legal period and a reason for their further processing. In this case,
personal data will be deleted immediately after this period.
I hereby declare on my honor that all information and data provided in writing and orally is accurate,
true and complete. In the event of any changes being made to my personal data, I will inform Teny
thereof.
Conditions Regulating the Protection of Personal Data
Teny Vichová is a freelance copywriter behind the brand Teny Tales.
As a copywriter and consultant for my clients, I process a significant amount of personal data. All
such data is managed solely in accordance with applicable legislation.
The Kind of Information I Collect
I collect basic personal information, such as a title, name, and information that is standardly part of
the image of your brand that you share with me. I also collect your contact information necessary for
communication (telephone number, e-mail, etc.).
Where the Personal Data is Held
I keep personal data collected during our communication and cooperation with candidates in a
secure database operated on a partner platform HubSpot, which is accessed only by me.
How I Use Personal Data
The data is used in the usual course of my profession. The goal is to provide my clients with the
required services, which may include publishing your brand story on third-party platforms.
How Long I Store Personal Information
I will retain your personal data only for as long as the data is needed in connection with the purposes
for which it is being collected and used and/or as long as I have an ongoing relationship with you or
my client.
